PROCEDURE FOR INASMUCH FOOD DELIVERY

• Times:  Setup 9:30 AM        Distribution 10:00 - 12:00   Dates

1. Be sure to take the brochure by the home site one week prior to delivery. THIS IS
    VERY IMPORTANT DO NOT TAKE FOOD IF YOU HAVE NOT TAKEN
     BROCHURE BY ONE WEEK BEFORE THE HOME SITE PEOPLE WILL
     NOT KNOW YOU ARE COMING.  INASMUCH Flyer
     The only notification each home site receives is the brochure.

 2. Be sure to have your respective food item in the trailer located at 2406 Apache Street Map.  Each church representative has a key to the building and trailer.

3. Trailer procedure.

     A. Open the door to get the yellow box.

     B. Open yellow box get out key for trailer hitch lock, key wrench, this is a T handle blue item.

     C. Place key in key hole and turn. On the bottom of the trailer hitch lock is a hole
          which opens when you turned the key.

     D. Take T blue handle wrench and put in hole and turn until lock falls off in your hand.
          Use reverse procedure to put lock on when finished.
          Replace all items back in yellow box. Put back on trailer
          PUT YELLOW BOX BACK ON TRAILER DO NOT OFF LOAD THIS
          BOX AT ANY LOCATION AND LEAVE IT.

     E. When locking the trailer do not lock the door handle, only the outside Clasp lock.

     F. An extra trailer hitch with ball is in the yellow box use if your hitch is not proper size.

    G. Clean out trailer of all boxes and trash after each delivery 

          REMEMBER AT ALL TIMES WHEN PULLING THE TRAILER OF THE
          LENGTH OF THE TRAILER TO CLEAR ALL OBJECTS.

 4. Put trailer back in proper location at 2406 Apache Street Map after delivery.
