Food Pantry and The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP)

Our primary goal is to provide food for families in need who reside in Clay County, Missouri, and to any who are hungry. We will not turn anyone away.

We will require proof of address (utility bill) and identification (driver’s license or government issued ID). This information will be updated annually and always kept confidential.
In As Much Food Pantry allows patrons to “shop” our food warehouse, rather than distributing prepared food boxes. We believe this reduces food waste by allowing guests to have more choice over the food they receive. Because of this, our distribution process is by appointment only, with appointments available on Thursdays between 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.-6:45 p.m. Schedule an appointment here.
Clients are welcome to schedule an appointment to shop at the pantry twice each month for full services. The other two weeks of the month, clients can schedule an appointment to shop for bakery and produce only.
In As Much provides a wide range of gluten-free food options. Please contact us if you would like to know more about these choices and how to access them.

Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)

In As Much offers the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) for seniors age 60+ who meet certain income guidelines and live in the Liberty area, in partnership with Liberty Meals on Wheels. Through this program, participating seniors will receive a monthly box of food that includes:

8 cans of vegetables
1 shelf-stable powdered milk
2 boxes of cereal
A combination of fruit and/or juice
3 cans of protein
Pasta
1 jar of peanut butter or bag of beans
1 two-pound block of cheese

Qualifications

To qualify, participants must be age 60 or older, live in Liberty (with hopes to expand the program to greater Clay County in late 2026), and have a maximum monthly income of $1,632/month for 1 person or $2,215/month for 2 people (for each additional person, add $583).
